1. Definitions

fw66k reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, freeze accounts pending investigation, and report criminal conduct to Indonesian law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, fw66k and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from bets, technical failures, or unauthorized account access.

9. Account Termination

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

• Any remaining account balance will be returned to your verified bank account within 3–7 business days.
• Bonus funds and unused promotions will be forfeited.
